By creating an account, registering a tenant, or using the AI Dispatch Copilot service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") on behalf of yourself and the trucking company you represent.
The Service is an operations-management platform for small trucking carriers. Features include AI-assisted call answering, driver check-ins via SMS and voice, broker load-opportunity intake, profitability estimates, and document collection. We are not a freight broker. The Service does not autonomously commit a carrier to any freight; every load commitment requires a human dispatcher's explicit approval.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at security@dynamanic.io of any suspected unauthorized access.
By providing a phone number into the Service — whether as a dispatcher, driver, or broker contact — you consent to receive operational SMS messages from the carrier's dispatch organization through the Service. These messages may include check-in requests, load updates, document requests, and dispatch status alerts. Frequency is variable. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After STOP we will not send further SMS to that number until you opt back in.
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) send marketing or promotional SMS, (c) impersonate another person or carrier, (d) interfere with the operation of the Service, or (e) attempt to access another tenant's data.
The Service uses large-language-model AI to summarize calls, parse driver responses, and estimate load profitability. AI outputs are operational estimates only. You remain responsible for verifying hours-of-service compliance, route feasibility, broker requirements, insurance, and all other compliance obligations before accepting or moving freight.
You retain ownership of the data your organization enters into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and present that data solely to deliver the Service to you and to your authorized users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or compliance risk.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where reasonable, communicated to tenant administrators.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
